asciinema community forum is a great place to discuss all things related to the project: questions and answers to common problems, usage tips, troubleshooting, cool new ideas, planning the future developments.

If you’re looking for general help this is probably the best way to go.

IRC

Many of us hang out on freenode’s #asciinema channel. Join us there!

If you don’t have IRC client at hand you can enter #asciinema channel with KiwiIRC web client (no registration required, just pick your nickname).

If you’d like to talk to someone in real-time, or just want to hang out with us then IRC or Matrix are probably better than the forum (which is best for open-ended, async discussions).

Matrix

We also have a Matrix room: #asciinema:matrix.org. We recommend Riot web client (click on big R icon). This Matrix room is bridged to the IRC channel, and the discussions are synced both ways (IRC <-> Matrix).

Twitter

Follow @asciinema on Twitter to get updates on new releases, get some tips & tricks and find out about interesting recordings.
